if they get one goal, the portuguese, lets see if they can recover and strike back... that was, in history at least, always the problem of strong portuguese teams... . they might lose their self-confidence after a french goal...

As far as Portugal is concerned, I haven't been a good "augur" so far, but the Portuguese have never won anything worth talking about and I guess it will remain so even after this WorldCup. :)

sorry... unfortunately it may be only a 3:1 during the panalties... (if i was able to change the rules, i would modify the panalty shooting to an "extended version" of all players that are still in, not just 5... ;-))) )

germany vs. france will be the final.

there, history will be repeated: france with a comfortable 2-goal-lead in extra time. germany strikes back, 2 goals in min113 and min118 (oliver neuville, marcel janssen) and, of course, a clear 5:1 in the penalty-shooting!

Goal 1 scorer Klose head on the ball from a corner!
Goal 2 Ballack a powerful shot from outside the penalty area!
A funny moment italy's goalkeaper had to be substituted because off pissing down his shorts when GERMAN players had the ball!
He was later awarded the maricon prize of the game!
