But, if Fencer re-instates him earlier than he planned, I think it takes away the "deterrent" (sp?, lol) effect. Sort of like putting a child on restrictions, then not following through on it.

If the result is still negative, the next script invocation [each 10 minutes] will add another 24 hours, etc. Of course, only when the user has some vacation days left. 23.
