No ratings have been lost - they are just "hidden". They are hidden for any pawn who has not completed a game within (I think 1 month), and are hidden for a paid member who has not completed a game within (I think 6 months?). And as soon as a game is completed, the ratings are unhidden & updated with the new game results. 5. All it said at the top in red was "settings changed". Try again? It's not a board you're moderating, is it? That's when the posts are supposed to be grey 4.
