The company I get my internet through now is local, but I use to use one where it would show me from about 200 miles away from where I'm actually at - because that is where there "home" office was and where their IP was all registered at... and all traffic would be routed through there. 9. It's a little out of date - does not have bishops and such, but does give a pretty good idea of the different limits and such. 2.
