And with a lot of companies (and as witnessed owner/directors/politicians) they don't like admitting they've got it wrong. 5. As I couldn't provide one, they declared me a fraudster, and not only locked my eBay account too, but informed the police. Now they are not willing to discuss the case in anyway anymore. 5.
