All other sites, well, the other 7 open in Tabs at present load pages between 1.07 and 3.61 seconds. If you are the Big Boss of a Fellowship, you only have people in there that you choose, and hopefully get on with, and that follow the rules you set down. You have the power to remove anyone, who does not abide by your rules. This i would normally agree with, but with one exception, when you have been left in charge of someones Fellowship for a reason of absence. Hiding them on a discussion board keeps you from seeing their posts on that board. I was just looking at one, which show a 2 section Tournament. Section 1 has finished, and the winner coloured yellow YET there are no results in the boxes. Section 2 is still running, yet every result box has a space for 2 results (which is wrong as it is only a one game match), but the first result shows as unfnished and the second as a draw in EVERY game. I have tried a couple of Tournaments and go the same basic problem.
