I was thinking (always dangerous) that if members were to use the 'new' one and pawns were to use the 'old' one, would that help lighten the load, or more evenly distribute the traffic. A link to the 'new' bk could then be put on the 'members only' board. I know, I know.... I admit it! I haven't a clue about computers and servers and stuff. 11. I only point this out, because when you brought it up, it was in reference to a player here wanting a refund because of the site problems. And you told him/her to not hold their breath. Just because you have run into problems with the creator of that tournament, in NO way indicates how Fencer would handle this other person's problem.
I FULLY sympathize with you, I just don't think it's fair to criticize the website for a personal matter between you and Mr. Trice. Good luck getting your money. I would be frustrated too. 11.
