For these cold days - if you have cold days now!

Put the following ingredients in a steamer for 35mins

2-4 sliced Carrots

2-4 Potatoes in 40mm chunks

1 Sweet Potato in 2mm slices

2-3 sliced Parsnips

1 small Onion or 6 slices of Leek

1/4 to 1/2 a tin of Chick Peas or any Beans

8-10 Mushrooms sliced into four pieces

Some Broccoli

Put a tin of Soup in a large pan with

8 3mm slices of Celery

2 4mm slices of Chilli

2 very thin slices of Ginger

A Teaspoon of Coconut Oil

Turmeric

Lots of White Pepper

Warm through for 3mins and add the steamed Vegetables,

Stir for a further 4mins and serve with two slices of Bread.

Enough for 2-3 People

Substitute any item for something you would prefer or add cooked meat.
