There is major flooding in the surrounding areas too. 3 people were killed when the first cyclone hit the other day; please keep their families in your prayers also. thank you. 12. Jon had the surgery for his cancer. He is doing great. My broken toe is finally healed. The surgery on my tendon and foot is doing great. Dr. checked it and said he is very proud of the job he did. I will have the other one done after summer. Gives me a little rest from cast and the walking boot. God Bless BARB 3. The surgery went well and I am doing fine because of your thoughts and prayers! That laser surgery is amazing, only takes a few minutes and you come home with no restrictions..can't beat that! It was to correct glaucome so I was anxious to have it done. Now will get the other eye done on the 27th! Then will have a lid lift..wooooo hooooo!! 17. He saw the Dr. His cancer is treatable. He has to see the Dr. that sent him to this specialist. He has to have one more shot before the treatment.They will put in over 40 radiation seed things.. I forgot what it is called. :( Quite new. This they will do in Mid- March. Jon is still running everyday. Ran a 6 miles race yesterday at Naples, Fl. Did quite well, but of course he thought he could have done better. The runners talk, I think. LOL Jon is taking everything very good at this point. Thanks for the prayers and thoughts. (the lower part of his face down last week.. they have wired his jaw shut.. and on Saturday his face was reconstructed.. my daughter said they sedated John since they need to keep his eyes taped closed.. She mentioned hearing several of the surgeons express how it is a miracle he is alive .. bree said now just for him to finish healing and then they start therapy..
