And for those wondering if a man my age (62) is getting any, the answer is yes. Regularly! Eating the right kind of cereal helps plus I take a fiber supplement daily. Am getting plenty of fiber thanks. ( that is what you meant right?).

Iamon lyme: Well, you're 62 and I'm 61. That's 1 year apart. IF you add that 1 year to my 61, then we're both 62. So that means we're the same age but I'm better looking.
