roserodew: Yes but only for the first tournament. I will apply some limitations for the next tournaments. See "Tournaments" discussion board.

Thanks everyone for nice words :-)
Vikings: Timeout is a normal end of a game. Read FAQ issue about ratings.

There is still a possibility to make an inter-bank money transfer. Just let me know what information about my bank you need and maybe we will work it out.

And have you tried to open a PayPal account?

I would like to add some better payment method for players from other countries. Any ideas? Maybe I could open another on-line shop in Euro.

Six months membership for a half price? $9 and $14

Teams just for brain knight or higher level. Some tournaments for all users [at least the first one because of testing].

hrlqns: Prepare for even more browsing when I release tournaments and teams :-)

Everybody starts with 1300 [BKR] but the BKR is not shown if the user didn't finish at least 4 ratd games.

Kevin: Which profile shows only one uncompleted game? I need at least one example, otherwise I cannot investigate it.
About posting here, it can be a bug. I'll look at it.
Wins-Losses-Draws - yes, you are right. It will be fixed.
TODO list is very long since more requests are coming every day. That's what I expected ;-)
Ian: Okay, put the money into envelope and send them to me if you really want to use this way :-)

Subject: Re: Holidays
Tony: You are right, I should advertise that :-) But I thought that the major benefit is the unlimited number of started games, Or maybe not, it's a matter of taste.

Subject: Re: Membership (cash payment)
I've never used them, so I don't know. Btw, why do you [Ian] want to use cash payment? Swreg.org which I use for payments supports all known credit cards, cheques and PayPal.

Subject: Re: Membership (cash payment)
Ian: Well, the problem is that the cash payment [money in an envelope] can be lost on the way. But there is also a possibility to use Western Union, isn't it?

26. November 2002, 19:46:01

Yes, I already know about this bug. Sorry. It will be fixed soon :-)

Subject: Re: Teams
It is in rapid development! Since both Brain Rooks requested it recently [because they are the only ones who will be able to create teams], it's on my TODO list at the top.

dot13: Yes, I'll do something like that to make it compatible with NTL.
sandie: Do you click on the button of 1) or 2) section on Define Opponent page? If you click on Search button and write nothing or something that cannot be found, it will go back to this page. I'll add some better description.

Subject: Re: waiting room games
Oops, my fault. I will add better description and FAQ entry for this subject. Basically, the Waiting Games page contains only the invitations you can accept. That's why there are no invitations you have created.

And there is a line about it at FAQ page.

Subject: Re: another ?
Eddie: Only the whole match result is counted for your statistics and BKR. Maybe I should improve the messages to make it more clear, otherwise it could be confusing, what do you think?

Subject: Re: ratings
BOMBER: Because in your game with Silkwood you [or the opponent] did not perform the first move. Both players must do at least one move to make the game rated. For more about ratings, please see FAQ page.

Subject: Re: 2 players on one e-mail address
Uil: Yes, it is allowed :-)

Subject: Re: Ratings ??
Niki: If the player finishes only 4 games, the rating does not show his/her "real" rating because the formula is based on too few numbers. The rating should be more exact after finishing 20 games or more.

Subject: Hide message archive
For everybody who requested this feature: Now it is possible to turn the game message archive [displayed under game boards] off. It could be useful for users who suffer of too long game pages when the conversation "very live" ;-)

Maybe smaller squares of the five in line board could help. Or should I create a variation with a smaller board, say 15x15?

Subject: Re: how to find a player
PattyMelt: All registered players are in the Player List. The problem is that the list is sorted by their first login time, not alphabetically, so maybe you've just overlooked your name. I'll add more sorting and searching options later.
