When running a tourney, which games offer more even chances for the most people? For example, if one were to run a prize tourney, chess would eliminate a lot of people (as would games like Pente etc) because of its highly skilled aspects. Games like Dice chess offer a bit more equality but perhaps are too much on the chance end of it. What do others think?

aNiMaL.: I like Frog Finder

Plus after 12,000+ games, it is very even for player 1 and player 2

Red - won 6118 games (49.93% of games)
Blue - won 6109 games (49.85% of games)

You can't get much closer to an evenly matched game.
