thisbeme: For those interested as to what the "official" chess rules are regarding this situation, please check out rule 6.9 at the following link:

This should validate thisbeme's complaint regarding the mistaken chess rules here. Well, that is assuming you can indeed lose on time here at BK even though it is impossible for your opponent to mate you. I haven't played chess here so I can't verify or refute that claim.
