Mook, I grew up in the USA to, as many here have. Most of us here choose to respect others. This is a privately run site with public access, so it has rules for those to choose to use it.

The conditions of use are fairly simple on the public boards. Respect other people and don't use language that would be unacceptable with children around.

If you choose to disrespect others or use unacceptable language on the public boards, chances are pretty good that you are going to be put on hide or banned from the boards. That goes for everyone, and is just the way it is here. This is a family site and the public boards are monitered closely.

If you should choose to upgrade and purchase a membership, I think you will find that there may be some fellowships you would enjoy if you like this type of activity is what you are looking for.

playBunny: wha happened . i miss something.?? i think because of the anonominity of the board ,some people are apt to vent.personally on this board i myself don`t see why .i can see on a political board or philosophy, even sports things can get heated up. as long as you`re not cursed at,or otherwise slandered or defamed it might be good for the digestive juices. the thing is something you say in passing or think is a casual remark may push someones buttons .flaming thats an interesting way of putting it. intentionaly an obvious intent to get someones goat i agree is wrong. but how is 1 to know.??? i think we`re adults & we should expect a little criticism given in the right spirit.i`ve written a couple of times as a rookie & was helped by quite a few people. well thats my 2 cents as ireally don`t know what occured. now some may write back mind your own biz. or something to that effect. is that flaming me??? its a ticklish situation at best. mook53lhd

This is the meaning used on other game sites, I have been to. I wonder if others knew the meaning?
So far, with the exception of just a few, everyone seems to get along famously, and are quite eager to help.
That mixed with an outstanding mix of game selections, makes me want to become a member.

Kipling: It can be seen in two ways. Applying a flame to someone, by directly insulting them or by making a seemingly innocent remark which will provoke them. Another meaning is as a shorthand for inflaming - whereby an already heated situation is prolonged, renewed or heightened by an inflammatory post. Flaming of this nature may not be intended, for example, poor moderator action can do more harm than good, and supporting a friend publicly rather than sending a private message can add fuel to a fire which should be left to fizzle out.

But i am British so my defintions could be totally stupid LMAO
