..is snowdrop galanthus
it is a bulb that is the ealiest bulb..often coming up before the snow has left:

Foxy Lady: snowdrop galanthus should grow there,they thrive here.I'm in richmond hill,ontario,canada..is anyone further north?

We missed out on the snow yippie but some got quite a bit.
