I have now fixed it - and will have the 1 team who already joined resubmit with just 5 players so we can make sure the tournament can get started, as I agree - don't think we would be able to get at least 4 fellowships with 8 clonning backgammon players. The creator of the tournament doesn’t get the entry fee, he has no advantage from creating the tournament. The Tournament itself collects the entry fees, and when it gets cancelled, they get returned to everybody. That has worked automatically for years, and never was an issue. Will the creator still be liable to refund the entry if the tournament does not start? Or will the Big Boss be responsible to refund the entry fee? Something should be done to stop creating so many tournaments that will never start. It is making a mockery of the joy of signing up for tournaments. 23.
