i just won a match of chess (its a miracle indeed ;)) .. 2-0 ... but only 1 win was added to my list .. and i think my total number of games only went up by 1 as well

i am not talking about a banned board .. more like a flame board (as i have seen in more places) ..

the people who like to insult and be insulted would go there ... the ones who wont dont

but of course such board wouldnt come into mind when someone thinks of a game site with fair playing people ... it would lower the sites advertising for what it really is .. a games site

i think i vote against the idea myself ;)

what about a non-moderated board on which everyone can post .. if there is an issue which cant be dealed with in a polite manner .. it has to be taken to that board .. it leaves things open to insult people in public .. and it leaves people with the opportunity to ignore the board

well i think the rules that exist already should be adhered to , anyone harresing (sp) any moderator or any other person should start on a ban of all the boards (maybe for a day the first time ) then the second time 3 days then a week after that bann for a month , it would clear the boards for a while .

sssst dont give them any ideas ... its just like those soccer 'fans' who just go to a match for a good fight ... they dont mind if the match is canceled because them .. they didnt care for the match

i vote for the growing up part .. i am too new to vote for boards to be removed ;)

If there is all this crap going on about moderators and bans and personal insults, why do we not just ask Fencer to remove all boards, so everyone can get on with just playing games - which is what this site was created for?.. and no replies saying "it's a small minority spoiling it for the rest...." - because it's the majority of people who post on boards all over the site that are involved in all this.

Either everyone should grow up or the boards removed.

Any Thoughts?

How's 'bout being able to have certain people's posts require approval and everyone else's be posted? I now I could've used such a feature a few days back. Though such a thing would probably be ripe for abuse in the wrong hands too. It'd still be better than banning someone and deleting their posts.
