pauloaguia: I agree. I suggest three improvements to this:
1- Be optional;
3- The bell stop when we go the the game and start again when we come back to the main page if there is yet game to reply;
3- A click somewhere to stop the bell;

The sound may be a little smooth music also ;-).

Spirou: Oh yea.. a little music to the site.. Hmmm that is kewl.. Why stop at just the bell though.. Why not.. Hmmm a song to play continuously, like elevator music.. something comforting.. and relaxing..

ScarletRose: In the long run, an endless repetitive music could be sleepy or irritating. Better then to turn on the radio ;-)

Spirou: hehehehe.. I know.. I was just foolin with ya.. due to the fact that everyone has different tastes in music anyway.. and I am sure there would be lots of fuss over that extra type of feature.. :)

But I do like the bell sound feature that was suggested.. :)

I would like to see a feature where sent PM's could be in bold type until they are read as well as a mechanism for withdrawing unread messages. This may already have been suggested. It should not be too hard because GT has it and they are light years behind BK of course.

Purple: OooOOppPSss. I should have been more clearer.. I was meaning is there a way to find out when the person you sent the message to has read the message? Like a notification thingy.. and of course when selected perhaps.. that way not all messages are pinging back that they have been opened and read..

Heck.. now I am confused on what I am even saying.. LOL

Basically.. something that tells the sender that the addresses has read the message..

ScarletRose: What purple means is at GT they have bold on the message subject if its not read.. so you go to your send box an if you see it unbold u know its been read.. simple format and easy way to see if your message has been opened.

Fencer: I have had 2 ponds finish in the last couple days....I do not recall getting notification that they were finished....Only by keeping the URL in my notebook was I able to keep track of who won ...
Perhaps I missed the notification, but I dont think so as I was watching very closely as one of them had a prize attached and I didnt want to miss it :)

It's possible that some notifications had been lost during a server restart. I'll improve the code to cover such situations as well.

I have recieved messages whenever a tournament I created ends.

Now by just being in a tournament (not the creator), I do not think you get a message when it ends.

You can also view the Complete tournaments.
