Czuch: yes you will see shaded posts because you are BB if you put someone on hide on a board where you are not BB or a mod then you will not see thier posts , bear in mind that the hide you are talking about is only for you every one else can still see them .

Jason: Okay, when I hide someone in my fellowship, i still see their posts, can you tell me how to ban someone?

In addition to being a regular fellowship like all the other ones, I am also starting this because I am trying to find and report site bugs/exploits that might still exist on BK, and I need to be the creator of one in order to find fellowship bugs, so I might later request others to assist me in testing things if I cannot test something alone.

Is there a way for a big boss to hide a members posts or to ban them from posting? I know I can use the hide button beside their name, but as big boss, does that hide their posts from just me or everyone else in the fellowship?

BadBoy7: You have to wait for them to request a membership to the fellowship. They you will have 3 options - accept, reject, and ban. Pick ban then submit.

Ban basically stops them from requesting membership over and over which at one time some immature people would do on this site to others.

I see that sort of thing all the time when a fellowship is first created - well not all the time, but often enough. Still say wait until tomorrow - and if still having issues, then send Fencer a message. There are processes which automatically run that fix many things - some of those processes only run ever few hours - or even once a day.

KewlGuy: It does that for me also, you are probable going to have to send a message to fencer to fix this,send him the name and the bad link

coan.net: I can't get on the first one which is Hooters Saloon.I keep getting all the fellowships instead of just mine when i try to go to the main page of my f/s.Man i'm confused.

KewlGuy: You might have to wait until tomorrow (or later - not sure how long) - I'm not sure how often, but there is some process that will "reset" your fellowship count back to 1 - allowing you to then create a new fellowship.

Why did you have to delete to create a new one? Just about any setting should be able to be changed in a fellowship so a delete/new would not be necessary.

If it still does not let you create a new fellowship tomorrow - then send a message to Fencer and he should be able to manually reset that count back to 1 for you.

I been trying to start a fellowship and messed up,so i deleted and started over.I;m having trouble as it says i have 2.??????????????? The one that still shows when i go to the main fellowship page,i get a whole list.

We need a substitute for an inactive player to join Fencer's Team Tournament.

Oceans Apart: Yes, they should. Actually I don't think it is even possible to delete a fellowship while a team tournament is still running.

In the past, it was possible & I think messed some things up - so Fencer made it so a fellowship can't be deleted until those team tournaments are complete. (I believe)

If a fellowship is closed down, will all the tounrmanets including Fencers Team Tournaments still run

I've just added a new room to both my f/s's ANYTHING GOES & FAST PLAYERS CLUB called THE CHAT ROOM which is similar to general chat but not as strict but with no heavy harassment and I would like to invite new members and some old ones back and let the past stay in the past and just have fun. :-)

Some people are posting ponds and tournaments in our fellowships. They have nothing to do with our fellowships. I have on my rules.. as many others do that they are not to advertise their tournaments or ponds in the fellowship.
Guess these people can not read it and we need someone to post in Czech they are not to post in the fellowships where this rule is posted. It is starting to get worse and I can't post it.
The reason for this rule is that fellowships were having all this advertising on our chat boards. People were losing interest in the fellowships and not chating.

I formed the above fellowship,that is open to all members.The main theme is the discussion,both serious and lighthearted on all games played on BK. .....When we get established we shall play selected games. ,chosen by the members.

New site team tournaments - for Fellowship members

Me & Tanein will try to create 6 new team tournaments to start every month. (Probable take turns - each creating 6 every other month).

I have just created some to start around November 1st (and decided to keep a "movie" theme of names of some of my all-time favorite movies):

Groundhog Day - Nackgammon - 8 players

Back to the Future - Linetris - 5 players

Ghostbusters - Go - 5 players

Beverly Hills Cop - Checkers - 7 players

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back - Dark Chess - 6 players

For this batch - Nackgammon is the main gammon game which has been longest since last team tournament.
Dark Chess, Go, & Linetris never had a team tournament before
Checkers - only 1 team tournament before, very long time ago.

I'm always open to suggestions on what to create - as time goes on, I will try to mix in different times, maybe a "fast" 1 or 2 day game, some cubed gammon, etc... Please feel free to send me a PM with any suggestions.

hexinaator: Sorry, but you can not join a Team, until you join a Fellowship, which you can not do unless you are a member (Bishop or higher.....) :o)

coan.net: I have the remove member on all my teams. And it works too. It DOES take me to a white page when I submit it, but if I go back, that person is indeed removed from the team.

Fencer likes me asking for Features , they are nearly always useful ones anyway

MadMonkey: Fencer probable just gave it to you to shut you up since you bug him so much for extra features!

I also tried it with each theme to make sure it wasn't something that my .css theme was blocking - but no luck.

My guess he put it in your fellowship to test it since I think it was you that originally requested an option like that, but forgot to roll it out to all fellowships.... but that is just my guess.
