Actually it is kind of useless in fellowships but, for some reason, I forgot to disable it at all.  It does not make any harm, anyway.30. And as long as they are pawns, they cannot use any fellowship functions, including discussion boards. Or at least that's how I think it should be working. 30. If a member returns to a status of pawn, should they not be removed from the fellowship?
