Is it 24 hours, or "up to 24 hours".

I was just thinking Fencer has to approve each new account - which would be done the next time he is online (night time his time right now), but I guess it could just be a set 24 hours.

I'm surprised that the complainig comes from somebody who is playing 500+ games and makes his moves in the game with me quite slowly. :-)
Sure it's sometime wearing on the nerves when somebody takes the whole time, but it's allowed - so what?

Why would I discuss it with Fencer? There is nothing to discuss!!! If you don't like how often "certain players" play, don't play them any more. Quite easy, don't you think? We have a very BIG problem beginning to develope here.One so called person started 2 Tournaments.He is playing certain people and leaving others out.There is no excuse for doing so.As we can all can plan things in advance.Fencer can you look into this matter please.
