Subtract 1 Knight from each side

1N + 1R vs. 1B + 3P

Let a Bishop be a Knight plus half a pawn

1N + 1R vs. 1N + 3.5P

Subtract a Knight from both sides

1R vs. 3.5P

I'd say your side was doing better.
