I know this has been asked for in the past, so this is just another mention to hope it is considered.

Could players that are signed up for Teams have some sort of Toggle switch (on / off, available / not available) maybe beside there Team Rank in the Team box that they can change for themselves, and maybe also the Bosses can change.

I have been contacted twice this week by people that are (for various reasons) not going to be about for a while. They do not want to have to leave all the Teams, and then have to rejoin. This way would make it so mush easier for everyone

MadMonkey: I am not sure if all people would use it right. Some players could easily forgot, that they should turn themselves "on", when they are available again ...
