Texas is now the place to live for those who are rich. The cuts or virtual non existence of state taxes have made it the state to be in.... unless you want to better yourself. As the Conservative run state has cut education and other services that give people the chance to be part of 'ThE aMeRiCaN DrEaM'... But wth..
