I just noticed I'm on someone's enemy list, of course I could be on dozens but how would I know? anyway, I thought it might be fun to ask that person "why?" but how can I do so if I dont know if they're online or where they are and I cant message them. It got me thinking about the whole enemy environment. It would be convenient if a person when putting someone on their list had to state reasons and a copy was sent to the "enemy".

Although an interesting question in re Fencer, I disagree completely with reasons and a copy sent the plonkee. It goes along with the other suggestion I agree with, which is to change the name of that list to 'ignore' list. Sometimes you just want to read a board without having to scuffle through the 47 posts of someone saying the same thing over and over. You don't want to make them feel bad, and you don't have any intentions of leaving them on the list. You just want to ignore them for a while. Silently dropping them on a list is a lot less painful than saying, "Okay, you're an enemy and here's why."
