Can anybody tell me what would have happened if white had moved the queen to C7? Draw or Win?

pauloaguia: I hope Fencer will answer, that is an interesting situation. The rules do say "standard Chess rules" except for what was listed, and if that is so - I would guess it is a stalemate & draw.

Hopefully Fencer will confirm or correct this.
