But if a new rules leaves loop holes like that, it is only a matter of time until someone takes advantage of them. And it would be a rare thing, but it would happen sooner or later.
You still don't see how 23+23+23.... would sooner or later add up over 50, or 100 or whatever the main time limit would be set as? |
