Another lost point is that if you don't know which Global took the action how do you know if you contact the Globals you won't be "appealing" to the very one who did it to begin with? Public criticism is not allowed (probably a wise policy) but the private appeals process needs to offer some chance at a fair hearing before an unbiased abrbiter.
