Their buildings are built to survive the effects, and their people are trained from an early age what to do in the event of one.....Just this one turned out to be very big. They'd forgotten that modern technology (from postal services upwards) allows them to communicate with their other offices around the country, including the ability to forward a copy of a document!! ..
