Subject: spread your meals ?
i always have 8 sandwiches with me to work .. i have 2 lunchbreaks .. but i can also eat a sandwich in between if i want to

would it be better to eat 1 sandwich each hour or to eat 4 sandwiches in each of my break ?
(or any other distribution?) :)
