All I can remember is it is CHOCOLATE!!!! Does anyone know how to make it??

chocolate cookie crust..
Chocolate Ice Cream with Peanut butter swirled through out.. drizzled hot fudge..

but, there was a version when I was younger.. where they didn't have peanut butter in it.. and they used the coffee ice cream..
