Tuesday: Wonderful news..

and yes I know all about the problems with diabetes.. we lost a dear friend earlier last year to complications.. and my brother ended up very sick this past year trying to fight off infection.. Diabetes is a growing problem in the US and needs to be taken seriously.. My brother neglected his diagnosis for about 15 years before he started taking meds for it.. he is now on insulin..

ScarletRose: Nancy was recently in the hospital due to a pain in her chest.  It turned out to be diabetes related and not heart.  She's had to undergo more test and still more to come.  She's had diabetes for a while now.  But she's on meds, not insulin at this point.

I have asked Dan to watch this board for me. Starting tomorrow I am having tests and seeing Drs. for a health problem.. They don't seem to know what it is. Hopefully by the 22nd of Feb. I will know what they are going to do.
I come on to try and keep up with my games. I see I'm not doing very well at that either.
Please keep me in your prayers during this time..
Thank You and God Bless. BARB

I just found out that my Aunt on my Mothers side has cancer of the kidney. She had it almost 5 yrs ago & had to have her kidney removed. When all of her tests are done, we'll be able to find out if she's able to have a transplant

Tuesday: ty...she had to go today for a bone marrow test. They are using lazer on a small part of the kidney. They don't know at the moment if it is a slow or fast moving kind of cancer...that is why they aren't going to operate

Thank you all for the prayers for me. I went to the Dr. for review of my tests. I do not need surgery for the one problem..and can be done by medication.
Now the Parathyroid I still need to do the MRI.
I have been putting off because of being clostic. With Gods help and prayers I feel I can get thru it. It is terrible to be like that..but guess noone knows unless they have this problem. I plan to do this next week. Then the Dr. will tell me if I need surgery or not on that.
Please keep me in your prayers once again. Thank You and God bless.

Subject: Those in need of prayer.
Our Pastor has prayer for all our family and friends that are ill or need prayer for any reason. He asks that we name them by first name that need prayer so we all can pray for them. I would like to try that here. Just name first names and the prayers will begin by those that read this board. I will start it..This way those that do not want known the problem but just want prayer can get it by naming them here. We do a have good group that read this board.
God Bless you all.

My membership is due on March 26th...I am not renewing due to health problems. I will come back but need to get my health taken care of first. I will finish my games when I can and then be here as a guest for awhile.
I will be needing a surgery but not sure when...but hopefully soon. Please keep me in your prayers.
I talked with Dan and he will be taking care of this board until my return.
Thanks and God Bless.

She had suffered this last year, so Im relieved she has no more pain. I will miss her.
I dont cope with death very well at all, its too final & it scares me.....as I suppose it does most of us. My Grandmother had a long life though so I have to be thankful for that

Subject: Re:
Ewe:  It should be comforting to know that the apparent finality of death is only an illusion.  It is due to the limitations of our earthbound perception.  Death is more like graduation -- a transition to a higher plane.  God bless your family.

Nicely put I feel that every spirit is far too complex, too amazing, too utterly astounding, too "alive" for it to all end here - I believe that we definately do go on, we are too brilliant a "being" to do otherwise, each and every one of us And, that God (or whatever you conceive Him to be), loves us all too much to just let this be it, there's undoubtedly more to come

Dolittle: Elaine is doing great.. she was in quarantine (sp?) for 13 days.. back home from the hospital.. it was a close one.. glad she is looking much better..

Today I found out after my daughter took her little guy in for a rash.. the doc did a well check and has told Britt that Lauzlo (my grandson), needs to have a ultrasound of his skull. He noticed the circumfrance of his head and suspects craniosynostosis.

So please say another prayer tonight to give us the strength to be solid and become the support to which is needed at this time for Lauzlo

ScarletRose: Great news about Elaine. Now she can concentrate on getting stronger.

I will surely say prayers for Lauzlo that they don't find anything wrong. Also pray for strength for the family. Do keep us informed!!

Thankyou so much.. Brittany took Lauzlo in for the Ultrasound on his skull.. the techs said it looked good.. meaning they didn't feel he had craniosynostosis. She will find out for sure though tomorrow late afternoon since they mentioned it would be 24 hrs to find out..
I am so blessed to have everyone sending prayers. And it has opened my eyes to the pain that others suffer from this form of diagnosis.. It has taught me empathy in this direction..
Thankyou!
