WhiteTower: The three games that make up tavli were introduced to BK months ago but only those with at least Rook membership can play them. We've kept it a secret - a sort of surprise welcome for those that upgrade.
So, to find out if I'm telling the truth you're going to have to become a Rook.

Okay - I'm lying.

Hrqls: Fencer cannot delete accounts. What has happened on BK is in it's history.

The best thing to do is remove or alter all your personal information from your profile and change your ID to something meaningless - like a row of numbers.

Subject: Re: Re:
Fencer: Yes, a green dot at the top of each db together with an envelope for quicker contact is good BUT moderators have this awful habit of coming online and then having the audacity to play their games. There's no way of actually drawing a mod's attention to a situation on their board during this time.
Would it be possible to have some sort of message box alert for mods while they're playing their games?
If you could somehow configure the hi-fi of the mod to play 'Ride of the Valkyries' at full volume, that should do it. (In NOT a Floosie's case - webtv - three rings on her microwave should galvanise her into action)
Failing that, a red dot (or something similar) above or below games should do it.

Okay, gents, enough of what should be allowed as to the 11 different games and whether variants should be included. Good point though. Different people have different opinions and this debate could continue forever, or the length of time it takes for an anti-backgammon game, whichever is sooner.

Fencer will have no doubt noted your opinions so please move the debate to the relevant boards (chess, backgammom etc).

If someone is going to start a fellowship, then the Fellowships board is good. Don't worry about the mod on there. Any hassle and refer him to me. :D

My mistake, Nirvana. The 'Boost a Pawn' fellowship has been deleted because the creator/big boss is no longer a member here. Sorry.

It still exists. In name anyway. :)

It throws up a lot of problems and causes confusion. Who knows who is in genuine need?

Why do you want bigger photos, Jason? You can already see who's who - those that have put photos and not representative images like cartoons - so what's the point in enlarging them?

In the meantime I know of a good site that plays all three - portes, fevga and plakato. PM me if you're interested.
