August 2010, 22:53:19 Subject: Re: Palin & Carl Jung Ferris Bueller: I don't dislike Palin half as much as I dislike the fact she is considered relevent.It is a sad comment on our current political environment that she has not been laughed back to Alaska.Can you imagine her entering the political environment of even the early 70's? I think the Republicans back then had more respect for political representation, and would have distanced themselves from her very quickly. 4. Substance means very little if you can tap into people's collective unconscious - especially during hard times. If she is a loon, she has some pretty big weapons if she can capture the Conservative psyche. I now have a better understanding into the rabid popularity among her followers.
