Doctor calls a patient:
"I've got bad news and worst news. Which do you want first?"
"Jeez doc, give me the bad news first"
"You've only got 24 hours to live"
"My God, if that's the bad news, what could be worst than that?"
"I've been trying to reach you since yesterday".
