Chimera:  I list to alot of ted talks,  there are many great sites for podcasts

Can someone help me with smilies, all I get is a blank square when I try to use them at home, but they work fine on my other computer, is there a setting in IE that could have changed which has stopped them it cannot be brainking issue as it works on my other computer

I seem to have lost the ability to use smileys in my games messages, and can no longer switch to rich text editor, I haven't changed any settings or updated anything, does anyone have any suggestions

I have a friend where now neither browser will open on their computet netscape or explorer, we have uninstalled both and tried to reinstall both of them, but when you have to reboot the system it comes up with a fatal error in windows (98) and then loads but when you clic on either browser they can no longer get in, is the only solution to reload windows, they will lose everything on their computer, and all the programs will have to be reloaded, I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that, any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated
