The captain should build a good team and keep communication lines wide open as to the successes and challenges of each team. Communication is everything, which is why it is good to have captains. The Big Bosses would have a ton of work organizing and following up on every challenge in every game. But if the Big Boss wanted to, couldn't she or he be the captain of every team anyway? 25. But regardless, there is a spot on your fellowship's main page that will have a drop down menu of teams of that game that you can challenge. You click on the team you want to challenge, then set up the tourney. 24. So, if Halma is the only game you have set up as a team in your fellowship, for example, you will have to add teams for the games you want to add to your stairs.
You don't have to create new stairs for the new games. You can add the games to the stairs you already have set up. 22.
