Dear Fencer

For several months I've been trying to get back on to play games but my details are not being accepted. I'm a fully paid up member, (as your system recognises; it wouldn't allow me to use my usual email as it's already registered with you - maysigma@aol.com) beyond basic but, since I had an enforced break and have then been unable to get back on, I can't remember to what level.

I've asked for help several times and am not even sure that by now my membership, albeit unable to be used, has run out!

Please help me get back on. I've not had a reply before. The box stated a reply would be sent to my messages but, as I couldn't get on, I've been unable to check them! This time, in contact, I wrote all this but then there's no send button! This seemed the only way to make contact with you. Please don;t ignore it.

I am TaureanTracker, which the log on box accepts (or seems to) and I've tried everyone of the passwords I've ever used in my internet life, but it won't let me in.

Please help.
