Ämne: question about prize tourneys with an entry fee

it states.....
If you create a tournament with an entry fee, you must specify how many percent of the collected amount would be given to the winner(s). The total sum of the prizes cannot exceed 70%

Where does the other 30% go?

emmett: Well he only joined Brainking on the 23rd of this month that could be why he hasnt completed any games yet he just hasnt had the chance.
