This game Ataxx was declared a draw by the system, but Furbster could still have put his last piece and should I think have won the game and gone to the next round, not me. 29. It is in theory possible to get to a stage in a game of ataxx (and Assimilation) where an oppenent can not move, BUT if you then move a piece away from others, it could open the game up again. When it happens, the player with more pieces on the board wins the game. If both players have the same number of pieces, the game is a draw 29.
