Iamon lyme: if the average man tried to get out of debt and borrowed say, 100,000 to pay off his 100,000 debt, he'd still be in debt for 100,000 dollars. I did that once to lower the interest rate an to go from a 30 to a 15. But when you lower the interest you pay you are lowering your debt. Biden had something else in mind.
