A horse on top of an upsidedown rook... totally out of balance. And the archbishop looks too thick. I will send the alternative set I found and reworked to Fencer. Archbishop/Cardinal has a cardinal's hat in the mitre style of the bishop. The chansellor fits the set and is recognisable as well, but has less character.
