Hello,
The white Elephant, in mentioned game, is in its own trap (the white one) so can't be eaten by the black tiger, because the tiger is weaker. The rule about possibility to eat stronger animal by the weaker one applies at opponents traps only - means that the white elephant can be eaten f.e. by the black dog at the black trap.
