A question for those smart computer people; my computer shuts down on me after I try to play any game using flash... any thoughts on why this is happening? (This is the only reason why it shuts down... I have narrowed it down to that.)

My fiance is wondering which is better, an Ipod Video 30GB or an Ipod Nano 8GB... Any suggestions for her?

Also, can she add music from her computer to the Ipod?
