Assunto: draw should have been a win

hi folks
I just had a game of racing Kings where the other player lost all their pieces and wasnt able to move their king anymore. for some reason the system ended the game as a stalemate and thus a draw, even though my king was about to win with the next move. and doesnt say that in the rules so I am kinda wondering why this happened
