All I was saying is that even though someone was requested by the most people, if that person that you send that list to doesn't particularly like that person, then they won't be picked. The final decision should be yours since you are the one in charge of interviews! It is just an opinion, that is all. Go forth and do good!! 27. No offense but when you send the list to the present interviewee, they just pick someone they like. Don't guess there is a fool proof way of choosing anyway. |
