It is a BrainKing issue after all. Anyone who I play hereafter will have their rating effected, anyone they play likewise, etc.

It's just one number in one database, takes 4 seconds to fix, even if you type slow.

If you are a moderator, you can't "hide" just for yourself - the "hide" will hide them for ALL users.

As a Moderator, you need to look at all post so you should not hide someone just for yourself anyway! :-)

There are always other CSR's which will not have the person on their enemy list - and if it happens that most/all the CSR's does put the same person on their enemys list, then we have to start to ask ourselfs if that person even belongs on BK. :-)

I agree, CSR's shouldn't have to put up with abuse. Most of them are pretty patient as it is and it would take quiet a bit for them to do that. If you can't talk to one, talk to another. If you can't talk to any of them, think about it...but as a solution, PM Fencer.
