how about a turn based paintball game?
for example,some links:

or ,this may be a unique idea,I see nothing like it around:
how a bout a mini golf turn based game,based on winning points,more like a board game than playing mini golf?
some skills required...may take some creativity.
still think yatzee would be good...what no comments?
