There is an apparent "studder" in the second section when seeding the players.

Section 1 gets seed #1

Section 2 gets seed #2
Section 2 gets seed #3

Section 1 gets seed #4
Section 1 gets seed #5

then it alternates. It's a good system which promotes competition to the maximum.
