Argomento: Re: that that messenger service is turned back on, and those pop up messages start coming fast & furious again. So I seem to have to shut it back off each time I come online. Hopefully after this upgrade is installed this will stop??

rod03801: Do you actually mean the messenger as in the one you can send messages to other people with ?

If so click start then control panel ,then open the icon for add and remove programs when that opens on the left hand side look for add or remove windows components ,when that opens scroll down untill you see windows messenger and take the tick out , then it wont start up .
